Job Details
Communicate are currently working with a FTSE listed media and advertising company to place a Divisional Finance Director within a high growth area of the business. Having recently provided the business with an interim option, we are now working exclusively with our client to find them a permanent candidate.
The role will report into the Group CFO and will require an individual who has previously worked closely alongside a board/SLT, whilst being able to work symbiotically and motivate their own team underneath. This is a highly strategic position, where you will act as a key business partner to the Divisional MD in continuing the business unit’s growth and success.
Without a doubt, digital media has become an essential part of the fabric of modern society, so this is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital movement and will suit someone with a high degree of expertise and gravitas. You will be working within a fast paced and unpredictable environment, surrounded by a dynamic and highly skilled team, so your day-to-day will rarely be the same.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified, and have extensive experience within the B2B advertising and media space. Exposure to leading divisions with a turnover of c.£50 - 200m is a must and ideally you will have worked in FTSE listed businesses before.
