My client, a housing association in London is looking for a business change project manager. The organisation is implementing a module of Northgate into their asset management function. They have conducted all of the process mapping activities, and now need someone to work with the IT project and operations teams to ensure full business benefit is received. They will be responsible for setting up the conditions for success, and working closely with the stakeholders to understand how best to change behaviours through engagement and training. They are not looking for a purely technical Project Manager.

It is expected that the candidate ideally have experience of Northgate, and failing that experience of leading transformation projects in housing, asset management or compliance.
