Head of Finance

Broster Buchanan are partnering with a Private Equity backed Sports & Leisure Business who are looking to appoint a Number 2 to the CFO. An exciting time to be joining the business, who are currently undergoing a large amount of investment & on track to be hitting ambitious growth targets over the next 3-4 years. The role involves a large amount of variety and the successful candidate will be involved in; supporting the board on all financial matters; running the day to day finance operations; business partnering with multiple sites across UK and Europe & ensuring best practice is adopted at all times in relation to financial controls.

Successful applications are required to have the following experience:

• Full Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably from a Top 10 practice firm
• Proven track record in running a finance function in a multi-site business
• Demonstrable experience of working in an SME environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
