RattrayParkin are currently supporting the recruitment requirements of a high growth private-equity backed group which is currently seeking to recruit a high calibre Finance Director to take a key position on it's executive team. Operating within a specialist niche within the service sector, and operating internationally, the group is well positioned for future strategic development.

The Finance Director will take full responsibility for leading and developing the finance function teams across the group with key responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Financial risk management.
  • Full support and advisory role to the senior management team.
  • Participation in the development and execution of the group€™s strategy.
  • Identification and execution of cost and efficiency savings.
  • Monthly reporting on a divisional and consolidated basis.
  • Supervision and management of multi locational teams covering both the UK and USA.
  • Full treasury responsibility including the management of foreign exchange risk.
  • Company secretarial services.
  • Working with the group€™s professional advisors to establish a compliant transfer pricing policy.
  • Processing R&D tax credit claims.
  • Financial modelling and the production of regular profit and loss and cash flow forecasts.
  • Participation in the preparation of new business tenders.
  • Setting up an approved EMI long term incentive scheme for the senior management team.
  • Commercial review of new contracts and modelling the profit and cash flow implications of new business opportunities.
  • Evaluation of the sources of profit on a contract by contract basis.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Full responsibility and management of the external audit process across the entire group.
  • Development and improvement in key performance indicators.

To be considered for this position you will be a qualified accountant with an minimum with previous experience of operating in a number one finance position within a standalone entity of autonomous subsidiary of a larger group. Previous experience of working with private equity stakeholders would be advantageous as would exposure to acquisitions and disposals.
