Michael Page are pleased to be supporting our NHS client with the appointment of an Interim Procurement Consultant to undertake a review of the implications of an exit from the EU for the supply of medical devices and clinical consumables to ensure the continuity of supply.
Working as part of a project team you will play an integral role in how our client engages with their key stakeholders as they transition through a potential EU exit.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their input into key activities is timely and accurate
- Be responsible for the day to day management of stakeholder engagement and communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of key events and activities and communication is consistent across board
- Manage EU Exit reporting activity and risk management processes, ensuring clear, concise and accurate reports are submitted and data is kept up-to-date
- Provide guidance and direction on processes and workflows for more effective management of suppliers and risks
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a strong procurement and category management background ideally gained within the NHS or wider Public Sector.
