Finance Director

Our client is an owner managed multi-site healthcare business with a strong emphasis on retail. The Founder is looking to hire a Finance Director to help strategically grow the business as well as successfully position the business for ultimate exit in 2-3 years.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall management of the Finance function
• Working closely with the CEO/Founder on strategic matters
• All cash management and banking requirements
• Leading M&A activity
• All management and statutory reporting as well as budgeting
• Further developing the e-commerce offering

This role would suit a fast paced, high energy individual who enjoys working in a consumer facing organisation and has already held the No 1 finance position within an entrepreneurial business thus can hit the ground running.  As is typical of a rapidly growing SME the Finance Director needs to be able to “roll up his/her sleeves” in order to effectively manage the daily detail but also demonstrate a “strategic” mindset in order to effectively partner the CEO on a growth journey with this business.
