Job Details

Our client is a well-established PE-backed tech enabled business seeking to recruit an ambitious CFO to partner the CEO as an integral member of the executive team. This is a role with a broad remit and as CFO you will be providing the highest level of commercial vision in order to support the continuous successful growth of the business ahead of a potential Exit in the short to medium term.

With full responsibility for the overall financial management of the business your main focus as CFO will be on negotiating high level contracts and deals therefore excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. You will be taking the lead on all commercial and legal contract negotiation as well as the investment/Exit process and as such an ability to liaise effectively both internally and externally will be crucial.

As CFO, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered with strong academic and analytical and quantitative skills. You should have previous experience of working in a similar role as a CFO with proven success, ideally a tech enabled business and your desire to be involved in all aspects of the business and be proactive and positive will be critical to your success in this highly exciting project.
