Role
An exciting start up organisation is seeking a European Finance Director to help the organisation through a period of aggressive growth. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the finance function as well as all aspects of compliance and finance business partnering alongside senior teams. Other responsibilities will include direct oversight of the P&l , leading on financial reporting across Europe, developing process improvements and overseeing internal control compliance.
The ideal candidate:
- To be able to lead an organisation through the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to join an organisation to build and support the infrastructure of the business and set up finance operations across Europe.
- Experience working with clients and customers to streamline and align processes and data.
- Ability to drive projects, working with cross functional business units
- Fluent in European languages is an advantage.
