Salary: c.£300k, bonus + equity

Our client is an award-winning Ecommerce business who have achieved significant growth in the last 5 years. Due to recent investment and planned International expansion the shareholders are looking to appoint a CEO.

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the shareholders you will design and deliver a UK and international growth strategy for this highly successful branded ecommerce/direct to consumer business with full strategic responsibility and autonomy.
• Will refresh and lead a multifunctional senior management team during a period of growth.
• Will utilise modern marketing methods whilst constantly seeking new innovative routes to market to increase Customer/brand awareness and sales.

The Person:

• An inspirational digital channel expert and leader, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead by example through a modern approach.
• A brand ambassador with the ability to work closely alongside suppliers, extensive experience in a direct to consumer/b2c environment and ideally, experience managing global supply chain operations.
• This role would suit a proven blue chip trained B2C digital expert looking for their first true Chief Executive position.
