A Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a Project Directoer to deliver a 22 storey mixed-use development in the City of London. They are on the lookout for this Project Director to manage the site from concept, including through the planning and preconstruction stage, to its completion which is scheduled for December 2022.

The scheme will consist of serviced office space, mixed-use commercial facilities including leisure and gym, a hotel and leisure complex and serviced apartments. The successful individual must excel in a client-facing role and have experience delivering similar schemes in the UK market.

Key skills and qualifications

• Experience working as a Project lead either in Project Director or Senior Project Manager role on major projects of similar size
• MUST have high-rise experience in the UK
• Sound knowledge of RC Frame Structures
• Minimum 15 years' experience working on projects in the London market.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Time management and organisation.
• Programming and planning, critiquing design processes.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Experience working as a standalone Senior Project Manager on large schemes
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
