Our client are a leading global consultancy with offices in Germany. They are seeking IT Change Managers for a newly formed teams in Munich, Frankfurt and D??sseldorf.

Tasks:

  • Travel between 80% - 100% within Germany

Your tasks

As a member of our IT change management team you put in the frame various IT projects, the organizational changes at the customer Company. If you are passionate about technology topics and always keep customers in focus, you are right with us. Because our customers set not just on our technology expertise and our industry insights, but also on our knowledge about the effect of IT on people and processes. Your learning curve will be correspondingly steep if you contribute to the success of our projects contribute: whether in the implementation of SAP and Microsoft applications, the Implementation of a digitization strategy or other projects on trends such as Artificial Intelligence or Robotics. Shape the change with and maximize the necessary acceptance by our customers!

  • They analyse the scope and impact of Organizational changes ("Changes") and define the concrete Requirements for a successful implementation of the changes.
  • Afterwards you put the changes under inclusion of all relevant Stakeholders consistently and with a good grasp of the needs of the affected employees around.
  • In all project phases you control communication measures to the Organizational changes, coordinating the process participants and mobilize a change network, which you actively integrate into your projects.
  • You are responsible for the positive acceptance of the changes made different stakeholder groups of the customer.
  • Last but not least, evaluate the effect of the changes or check whether the Changes lead to the desired result and the business is positive influence.

Requirements

  • You lead and coach smaller teams in an international environment, take responsibility for work results and thesuccessful implementation of the project goals.your qualifications
  • Completed study (Bachelor, Master) or dual studies of Psychology, Business Education or Business InformaticsKnowledge in change management measures (communication strategy,Stakeholder management, change agent networks)
  • Professional experience in IT projects and high affinity to technology trends (egCloud, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics)
  • Strong analytical strengths
  • Leadership and ideally first leadership practice ideally, first sales experience
  • Independent, result-oriented working method with high quality standardsand strong team orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - in German and English
