A well-established housing developer is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They work on new build residential developments across London and the Home Counties, ranging from ??20 million to ??80 million in value.

They are currently working on a new development in South London, consisting of 57 high-end flats and 23 houses, all RC frame. The project is worth ??68 million in value, and they are looking for someone with strong RC frame experience and experience managing internal packages and seeing a project through to handover.

This individual will report in to a visiting Contracts Manager, therefore they want someone who can take charge and work independently.

Requirements:

• CSCS card, SMSTS.
• Internal packages.
• Strong RC frame experience (requirement).
• Experience working for a housing developer.
• Managing sub-contractors
• Liaising with design team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ASTA Powerproject.
• Time management and organisation.
• Programming and planning.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proven records of delivering high standards of work.
