Enclosed is the Semicon supply chain experience we are looking for - in this world it would be called - product engineering/test engineering manager with experience in managing supply chain - primarily in Asia (working with the FAB - TSMC, working with packaging company ASE in shanghai), knowledge of testers such as Teradyne, Flex, J-750, Fusion, NI - STS.

Job Summary: The product and supply chain engineering director will be responsible for ramping up production of the companies product between all sites and packaging companies. They will help transition from engineering samples into high volume production - ensuring that testing and qualification of the product are in line with industry standards .They will act as the primary commercial contact for products and services within the supply base and will be responsible for continuous cost improvements, mitigating risks with multiple sources of supply and overall supply chain performance. The Supply chain and productization director will work closely with engineering and other internal cross-functional teams on implementing strategies, contracts, and pricing with an overall focus on fostering long-term supplier partnerships. This position reports to the company GM based in Belgium.

Job requirements:

Drive weekly Scorecard improvements

  • Cost of Build Margin (COBM)
  • Yield
  • Quality and DPPM
  • Customer escalation and response time

Project management & Quality compliance

  • Customer communication plan
  • Drive Internal alignment meetings with silicon program management
  • Leverage issue tracking system to post customer complaints, non-conformities and quality improvement proposals.
  • Drive continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in semiconductor engineering
  • Knoweldgable on testers (Teradyne, Flex, Fusion, NI-STS)
  • Worked with suppiers such as TSMC/UMC/ASE
  • Bachelors/Masters in Electronics Engineering
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • MS Project
  • Managed product and test engineers
  • Self Driven
