The client are implementing a growth plan and need an entrepreneurial leader to help them implement this. You will be come from an MSP background and have experience managing a Managed Services Division worth over £15 Million. Responsibilities for this COO role:

• Take an active role in the Senior Management Team.
• Running of day to day operations including customer service, support, project delivery and customer success.
• Defining strategy and empowering people, own and deliver annual budgets, contribute towards business plans and manage internal controls.
• Providing delivery costs for customer contracts and negotiations.
• Gather operational information and set KPI's to allow the Senior Management Team to make informed decisions based upon this information.
• Ensuring that investments are made effectively and deliver on the requirements of the business, its customers and the company's strategic ambition.
