This is a unique opportunity for a capable change and transformation professional with an extensive background in ideally housing, if not property services, to help transform one of the most prominent RSLs in the country, taking their services fully in to a digital operating model.

Description
You will lead the biggest change journey this housing organisation have ever embarked upon affecting services with a total value of £650m across the next 10 years. This is a highly critical transformation programme where you will partner with key stakeholders across all business areas to establish design need and then project manage it through to completion. It is essential that the changes are in line with governance, are commercially viable and meet both property functionality and customer requirements. You will be the key decision maker when it comes to programme design, planning and implementation.
Profile
To be considered for this Director of Transformation and Change role you must have a proven track record of delivering large and complex programmes within an affordable housing related environment, or similar such as facilities management or property management. You will hold a degree or equivalent and ideally be a Chartered Building Surveyor (or something similar). You will have experience of presenting to Board and the Executive Team. You will have been responsible for monitoring large budgets and delivering transformation and change programmes on time and within budget, engaging multiple stakeholders effectively. Due to the flexibility of the organisation you can be based anywhere in the Midlands.
