Job Title: Mechanical Project Director
Location: Central London
Salary: £125,000 basic salary (with added company benefits)
About the company
A Leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor with a company turnover of approximately £90 million is seeking a Mechanical Project Director to join the business due to significantly increasing their pipeline of work over the next 4 years. Reporting straight to the CEO this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager/ Director to push their career forward while earning an extremely handsome basic salary/ company remuneration package.
About the role
Due to an internal promotion and successful tenders the business are seeking a Mechanical Project Director to oversee a Major Commercial New Build and fit out which is due to kick off later this year. The role will be based between their Central London office and site. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a full site team as well as in-house preconstruction staff. Due to the nature of the project my client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/ Project Director with a 'can do' work approach.
