Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end operations of the consulting business (full P+L responsibility).
• Running/Building/Mentoring a team of high-performing technical consultants.
• Assume a number of Operational (COO) activities such as leading HR processes, hiring and professional development.
• Planning budgets, preparing financials, and shaping the long-term business strategy.
• Managing the IT administration team.
