My client operates in the financial services market and is seeking an individual that has an understanding of other technical aspects such as coding, visualisation and automation but also pushes themselves to deepen their existing knowledge while striving to develop their knowledge in BI solutions.

Description

As a BI Developer you will have a vast and comprehensive knowledge of elements within the Microsoft Stack and will be flexible enough to develop projects from inception to design without working within a fixed specification. While pushing the boundaries of BI tools to provide solutions you will work with business users to provide truly unique BI solutions to each user, drawing from your development expertise. In addition, you will be working to enhance the existing Data Warehouse and SSAS cube to ensure that it remains efficient and continues to operate effectively.

Profile

Essential Skills:

• Fluent in components of the Microsoft Stack primarily SSAS & SSIS
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Development

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI or tabular models
• Exposure and a good understanding of automation tools (Control-M, Active)
• Knowledge of the Asset Management market
