Reporting into the Head of the department, this is a key role within the function. Duties will include looking at executive talent succession, pulling together a plan to look at future capability within the global organisation and everything within the talent and performance management remit.
The business is looking for a talent expert with proven ability in adding value quickly to a complex organisation. You should be able to work independently and be happy to work from the ground up - this will be both a strategic and hands on position.
