Finance Manager/Up to ??80k + Exceptional Package/Egham, Surrey
Finance Manager with a solid background in head office accounting wanted by my global, leading multi-national manufacturing client based in Egham.
Finance Manager will suit fully qualified candidates who are looking to take the next step in their career within a growing but recognised large scale multinational.
Finance Manager will be joining a company who has demonstrated year on year growth both in terms of client base and revenue. Finance Manager will form part of a relatively small but high performing team with a focus on Cost Centre Accounting.
My client has seen rapid growth over recent years and as such there is opportunities for Finance Manager to also participate in ad hoc projects focused on improving processes.
As this client has a strong focus on acquisition. This role will offer a unique opportunity to participate on complex, large scale acquisition projects.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
I MUST stress in order to be considered for this role candidates are required to be fully qualified accountants with a solid background in Finance Management in a large scale organisation.

Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for the for controlling the UK head office finance operations, including - but not limited to - oversight and reporting of global business support centres
- Responsible for managing head office cost centres
- Actively identify trends for planning, forecasting and reporting
- Responsible for managing UK Stat accounts process for the Group's UK based entities
- Responsible for the head office annual budgetary and monthly re-forecasting processes, presenting to the Group CFO.
- Work closely with Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager on forecasting and reporting provided to the Senior Leadership Team (C suite) including the Strategic reviews and annual Group budgeting
- Lead on Continuous Improvement initiatives (low hanging fruit - simple process efficiencies)
- Support ad hoc projects (mainly in the Acquisition space)
