Description
Engaging with the business to understand the Manufacturing Business System requirements
Configuring, developing and re-engineering the business systems to align to the evolving business processes
Leadership of a small team to assist in the maintenance of the systems, coaching when required
Managing multiple internal and external third party relationships
Manage Incidents, problems and service requests throughout their life cycle using the IT service management tools escalating where appropriate
Must be willing to travel to other sites as required for meetings / site visits
Experience of SAP and working in the Manufacturing sector highly desirable
