Rapidly growing top 20 pharma company whose products cross Drugs, Medical Devices, and direct to consumer products - Posting 10-15% growth and forecast to do so for some time - Strong pipelines - Best in class development and opportunities for high performing staff. On behalf of our client we are searching the market for an experienced Commercial Director with either a Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices background.

Purpose of the role

The Commercial Director will define the strategies which cover commercial policy development and implementation, supply optimisation practices, routes to market analysis, targeted wholesaler, pharmacy and key account relationships that drive price and revenue optimisation.

For this purpose, the Commercial Director will work closely with Country Managers, BUDs, Business Excellence and Finance leads to design the end to end process for the relevant activities; from planning to execution, including customer engagement and negotiation, selection, contracting and performance tracking.

As the Commercial Director you will report to the Country Manager (Must Win) or Sub Region President.

Profile:

  • At least 6 years of previous experience in similar role for pharma and/or medical device business
  • Previous exposure in commercial policy development and/or channel management
