Job Details
After recent increase in revenue, our client is looking to bring on a part-time CFO to work closely with the CEO in guiding the team through continued success.
The ideal candidate will come from an arts and charity background, and have strong commercial operational experience. The current finance function is a lean one, so requires somebody who can take a hands on approach, while still operating at board level.
The most pressing matter for our client is to make some crucial hires within the team, providing the right training and management to increase the company’s success.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- ACA/CIMA qualified accountant with significant PQE
- Experience within the charity and art space
- Ability to develop and maintain a finance team
- Prior experience working at senior level in a small company
