Axon Moore is representing the Transaction Services Partner of a top 10 firm as they look to appoint an Associate Director to help lead and grow the practice.

Due to the increase in the number of transactions currently taking place in the market the size of the team is increasing rapidly and there is a need to recruit an Associate Director to help lead the team, drive business development and focus on the private equity market. The team identifies, structures and executes all manner of public and private market transactions, and provides support from initial analysis of strategic options and deal evaluation through to completion, working closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax & Regulatory and other advisors in the market.

As engagement managers, Associate Directors are expected to play a key role in the development of all aspects of the practice, including: engagement management, business development, service delivery, advisory skills, risk management, people development.

Specific experience of financial due diligence, but we would be open to receiving applications from exceptional staff who have the aptitude and drive to develop the required transaction services skills or market skills.
