Job Title: CFO - FinTech

Location: London

Salary: £140,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Finance Director or CFO who has previously helped a business list on AIM? Are you interested in helping an already successful business hit new heights? Do you have a passion for technology and innovation, especially in the financial services or FinTech space?

CFO - The Company:

Our client is a leading FinTech business, based in Canary Wharf and run by an ambitious team. The business is very well established, particularly in the payments space, and has a genuine hunger to grow even further. Part of the plan to help achieve that is listing the business on AIM within the next -12 months.

CFO - The Role:

Part of this process will involve restructuring the board. As such they want to ensure they have the right experience at all departmental levels in the business. On top of experience listing a business, they need somebody that can review and set the commercial strategy. This person will also need to meet clients and establish and grow those relationships.

The role is exceptionally broad and requires a skilled CFO/FD with the ability to manage all aspects of a business that will be AIM listed. They are therefore looking to hire a CFO who has relevant experience and a credible profile to help them achieve their goals.

This person will have direct experience of listing a business. They will also need someone with a network of contacts that they can make use of. Additionally someone who has been involved in managing and running change programmes would be very well received.
