Non-Executive Director - FinTech - Payments - The Client:

Our client is a privately-owned, payments business with its own acquiring bank which has grown significantly in recent years and need of an experienced FinTech professional to join and help lead the Board through their next phase of growth.

Their product offering has an excellent reputation in the industry and are continuing to grow from strength to strength.

Non-Executive Director - FinTech - Payments - The Role:

To guide the business through their next phase of growth, our client is now looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Director with a strong commercial bias. You will be involved in designing and setting a clear strategy for the business in line with current and future growth plans. This will be based around the core business but also exploring the potential of new markets and sales channels.

Non-Executive Director - FinTech - Payments - Responsibilities:

-Be a valuable new Non-Executive Board member who will play a highly influential role in their expansion and innovative brand and product development

-Contribute to strategic business decisions

-Bring previously proven experience and innovative ideas to this dynamic company to aid growth

-To promote and encourage a culture of openness and debate - supporting the Board's relationship with the executives to ensure the Board is an effective working group

-To demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and probity, to set clear expectations concerning the company's culture, values and behaviours, as well as the style and tone of Board discussions

Non-Executive Director - FinTech - Payments - Experience Required:

-Extensive knowledge of the payments space or within financial services or FinTech generally

-Extensive experience with Board or Advisory level roles

-Experience within a growth-focussed Non-Executive Chairman or Non-Executive Director role

-Experience with IPO

-Experience working with FTSE and SME businesses
