We have been instructed by one of our large, global technology clients to identify and appoint an Interim Senior Sales Director to join the business for a 12 month assignment, based in the south-east. The company is a multi-faceted tech business, specialising in sophisticated connectivity services and solutions for global organisations that is helping to transform business outcomes across multiple industries.
We are interested in speaking to individuals who have structured and delivered complex solutions deals of £10m+ value for global clients. Whilst this individual will also absorb a number of key objectives around driving new strategy for the sales function and implementing new process and infrastructure to diversify sales range and blend of product-uptake, driving execution of existing sales commitments, driving sales delivery performance and managing existing channel relations is paramount.
To be considered for this you must carry a global, blue-chip sales background from within the broader technology sector. You will have worked in strong stakeholder-led environments where the pressures and transparencies demanded from such structures have been expertly handled. You will have extensive experience of executing multi-million dollar sales processes and leading large teams across existing channel sales, global account management and new business development.
