I am partnering a beauty brand to find a Head of Retail for the UK arm of the business. This is a fabulous opportunity to join the brand as they are rapidly expanding in the UK.

Responsibilities:

-Working closely with the Managing Director and with the leadership team.
-You will oversee and influence the creation and communication of company strategies for the UK market
-Ensure achievement of retail standards , operations and commercial objectives .
-Identify skills and opportunities for development and co-ordinate and deliver training seminars .
-Ensure a strong sales focused and customer centric business culture
-Work closely with the different departments within the business and with external partners
-Manage budgets , special projects and oversee external and internal retail events .
-Maintain a constant market awareness

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years experience in the luxury beauty industry in a similar role, with proven success including initiating and growing sales and profit within distributor managed territories across key international strategic markets.

Skills and Knowledge:

-Extensive retail management experience.
-Passionate about service with a track record of successfully driving outstanding returns.
-A natural ability to understand luxury consumers and the emotional and functional drivers that shape luxury brand perception.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to manage people across multiple locations. Strong digital campaign management skills

In return my client will offer up to £120,000 plus a bonus and benefit package.
