Job Details
A Privately Owned Retail/Ecommerce Distribution business is seeking to recruit an operational Finance Director to partner with the CEO in driving the growth of the business with a view to a potential sale in a short period of time.
Partnering a highly experienced CEO you will be instrumental in preparing the business for an Exit in the short to medium term. As FD you will have full responsibility for the finance function with a broad operational remit across the business including ownership of warehousing, logistics, IT and property.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with experience of working in a consumer facing retail/ecommerce/wholesale based business and running the operational side of the business. Preferably you will have experience of taking a business through a successful sale.
