Client Services Facilities Manager - Investment Bank (FTC)
Take a lead in Workplace and Real Estate Management as well as office administration within the London office.
Our client is a high-end investment bank based in City of London
Responsible for Workplace and Real Estate Management and office administration staff within the London office. Establish guidelines and expectations and coordinate workloads. Execute office administration services to meet the needs of local staff. Manage any large/complex office construction projects. Supervise any office services outsourcing relationships. Serve as a contact person or escalation point for office services questions, issues or special requests. Guide and mentor less experienced staff. Develop, manage and implement office specific WREM procedures related to facilities, hospitality, phone, security, tech support, mail, copy, travel.
- Previous relevant experience in hospitality, front of house, and client service within Financial Services/professional services environment is a must
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of management experience
