Reporting to the Chairman of the board, a new CEO is sought to be the catalyst for change in the organisation. This will include but not be limited to restructuring three divisions to improve profitability and accountability as well as achieving higher levels of customer experience.
Leading a highly qualified team including Finance, Marketing, HR and Technical and Project Managers, there is a need to develop a strategy for the next five years and implement the necessary changes to ensure a renewed focus on delivering core business to existing and new customers in the face of new entrants to the market. In addition the role will entail elements of business process re-engineering and a `winning hearts and minds’ approach to the team in order to bring about key improvements.
Interested candidates should possess a demonstrable track record in a senior management position (MD /CEO /COO level) with experience of change or turnaround gained in the professional services, consultancy, construction or engineering sectors. Personal attributes should include a strong intellect as well as a tenacious, engaging, influential and collaborative approach.
