A leading Private Equity backed, financial services business is currently searching for a Head of Finance who will report into the UK CEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the UK finance function of a highly reputable company, with a highly regarded culture, operating at the cutting edge of the industry.
The incumbent takes responsibility for the entirety of finance for the UK, with their key focus being to provide important strategic support and MI to the business executives, helping them manage their business and meet growth targets.
On an operational and team level you would ensure robust financial control, run the statutory processes across audit and tax and lead the periodic forecasting and budgeting processes.
Given the autonomy and control available in this role the individual will need to possess excellent analytical and business management skills coupled with an exceptional finance awareness to manage a fast moving business with high profile investors.
In return the incumbent will get to work in a business built on innovation, highly focused on learning and development all within a flat structure which encourages individual decision making.
Salary is approximately £90,000 dependent on experience.
