Job Details
A major FM outsourcing business needs a commercial manager to help undertake reviews of client contracts, producing contracts guides for operational and finance staff and identifying opportunities or shortfalls in applications for chargeable works. You must have Hard FM experience. There is scope for working from home but would need to be in their Berkshire office 2 days/week.
