Our client is one of the UK’s most exciting building contractors with a blue chip client base and an enviable reputation for delivering a high quality contracted construction service to client on projects ranging in value from £5m to £50m.
The Role:
- Reporting directly to the UK Business Development Director you will act in a highly client facing role ensuring negotiations and submissions are particular to the client requirement, entailing a high level of internal as well as external dialogue.
- You will focus on future and emerging markets setting strategy to win and close the targeted contracts.
The Requirement:
- You will appreciate the substantial benefits to be gained through partnering and close client cooperation with both public and private sector.
- You will be a first class communicator with a track record of operating and negotiating at the most senior level.
