This role offers a unique opportunity for a visionary and engaging leader, with ambition, drive and sound judgement to lead Oxford Policy Management (OPM) through an exciting journey of change and growth. You will lead OPM in developing and implementing its ambitious strategy through widening the appeal of OPM’s high-quality commercial consultancy and programme support, driving the resilience of the organisation and forging international partnerships to significantly increase OPM’s profile, developing brand and business models.

You will bring:

  • A passion for and commitment to the aims and values of OPM;
  • Significant and successful experience of strategic leadership and management in complex international organisations as well as the ability to inspire and manage strategy implementation;
  • Proven experience of successful business development through engaging with partners, donors and end beneficiaries;
  • Considerable experience of active involvement in change management;
  • The international development understanding and advocacy skills to represent OPM and grow its profile and reach; and,
  • A leadership style which role models collaboration and inclusivity, and fosters a culture of integrity, innovation and results.
