Head of Marketing
Our client is a well-established specialist in retail analytics with an ambitious outlook and Private Equity (PE) investment. With a UK HQ, the business is international with some of the world’s leading retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies as clients.
The Head of Marketing will report to the CEO to set the marketing strategy and deliver all aspects of the company’s marketing and communications activities. The aim is to describe the unique value proposition to new customers and drive engagement. Current activity includes PR, email and social media, sales support and customer activity including videos and events. Working with the CEO, you will evaluate the effectiveness of the ongoing activity and create and deliver a new plan to achieve the agreed objectives.
We are looking for an established all rounder who can demonstrate strategic success and detailed delivery. Exceptional communications skills are required along with a keen interest in technology driven solutions especially if this is supported with retail or CPG experience.
The goal is to grow the business significantly over the next 3-5 years and with an established management team in place plus PE support this is eminently achievable. Therefore, this is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager ready to take the next step that will in time lead to the opportunity to advance to the position of Marketing Director.
