UK Sales Director

Our client is multinational FMCG conglomerate with various household named brands spanning multiple categories and a leading market share across all UK channels. This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a global market leader at a senior level with exceptional career prospects and significant exposure to decision makers within the UK retail arena.

The Role

• A key member of the UK senior management team with full responsibility for UK commercial performance across all sales channels.
• Will lead and mentor a multi-functional team with 10+ direct reports.
• Will ensure UK targets are achieved by utilising all available resources, represent the business at a senior level and focus on up keeping their No1 brand and customer service levels.

 The Person

• Degree educated with experience operating within a multinational FMCG organisation and the ability to prove you can increase profitable revenues in a branded FMCG category whilst ensuring corporate standards/ image is upheld.
• You will have significant exposure to large UK retail accounts and most probably, established relationships at a senior level.
• An excellent relationship builder with the gravitas to represent a global leader at the highest level within industry.
