We are working with a fast-moving Fintech, and they are seeking a Chief Technology Officer. This is a permanent role, offering a salary range of £90K - £120K + Full Benefits. Travel will be required to other office locations, particularly between London and South West of England.

They require an exception Technical Management resource with a strong portfolio focus. You will work closely with the Executive leadership to improve and ensure maximum proficiency and profitability with development processes and delivery methodology.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and execute technical vision and product strategy.
• Be the main point of contact for all Technical decisions around product improvements.
• Understanding the needs of the customers and ensuring they are met.
• Definition of technology, and be an expert around enterprise architecture and what the best possible solutions would be.
• Representing company at Conferences and Networking events.
• Keeping up to date with relevant technologies and market trends.

Skills include:

• Experience working within an Agile environment where the solution is critical.
• Strong experience within product management.
• Enterprise SaaS experience.
• Digital Transformation.
