Our client, an NHS organisation, is currently looking to identify an experienced interim to lead their Data & Informatics function as the client travels through its digital delivery plan and towards Statistical Process Control charting.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the function in delivering its transformation objectives as well as its business as usual functions.

You will be required to work with the wider business to consult, identify & translate information and data to enable staff to make information-led decisions.

The main deliverables within this assignment are:

  • Leadership of the Information function
  • Leadership of the transformation workstreams
  • Conversion of the Trust board reporting to Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting
  • Design & produce reports for Model Hospital
  • Transformation of Urgent & Emergency Care reporting

You will also be required to build key relationships with stakeholders in other providers across the system to ensure that a universal way of reporting is adopted.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who has previous experience in data management, information and performance management and a track record in influencing culture change across the organisation to improve performance.

As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in understanding reporting needs in Urgent & Emergency Care, understand the Model Hospital and the data required and it is essential that you have implemented Statistical Process Control Chats in an Acute Trust.

You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to transform ways of working in complex environments.
