Job Details
Our client, a residential care provider is looking to identify an experienced interim PMO Manager to lead the divestment programme. This role requires someone to be mobile across the midlands and the north.
As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of project management within a healthcare setting. You will have good knowledge of managing multiple works teams to budget and tight deadlines as you will be overseeing all activity during the divestment.
You will be responsible for bringing together the programme, monitoring the activity, leasing with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that the programme is kept on course and delivered to time.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent programme and project management skills, have experience with M&A activity and worked within Private Care.
As the successful candidate you will need to be firm but supportive in your approach working closely with permanent staff members to deliver against objectives. Good negotiation skills and persuasion skills are important as well as being able to work well with different stakeholders. You will be organised with good attention to detail. Interpersonal skills are also important as well as being able to work in a virtual team.
