Job Details
Interim Partners is supporting a leading mental health charity who are looking for an interim Regional Operations Manager in the West Midlands.
The Regional Operations Manager will provide strategic, service and operational management to the community team.
This includes the achievement of all operational performance targets including quality, safety, access, activity, finance, targets and staff performance and governance standards, and the development of appropriate strategies for these services.
The brief:
- Line manage regional SMT and lead day-to-day operational management of region
- Establish and analyse current demand and capacity in detail
- Review and propose short/medium-term deployment and activity plan for all staff in region in line with demand and capacity analysis and staff engagement
- Review and propose plan for regional service bases
- Review/establish systems, process, policies and protocols
- Increase performance/quality improvement culture as well as staff engagement/satisfaction
Particular skills and experience needed:
- Strong engagement skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience of producing and implementing service transformation plans
- Experience of leading significant service change and relocation of service premises
- Project management skills and experience
