Interim CIO

Our client, a residential care provider is looking to identify an experienced Interim CIO to join their business that is going through a divestment. This role requires someone to be mobile across the midlands and the north.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT leadership across the organisation and leading on the divestment programme, with a focus of ensuring the solutions proposed or delivered support the overall service requirements.

You will also be required to work with the wider business to consult and agree how services will be transitioned from the existing arrangements to the new arrangements in a manner that minimises business impact. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are extremely important here.

In addition to running the day to day IT operations you will lead the IT preparation work streams for separation and ensure the new way of working is effective in its transition.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previously worked in a healthcare setting and been involved in M&A activity or divestment previously.
