Job Details

Our client, a major international Food group, is recruiting a VP Sales - Foodservice for the US market.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing commercial function to deliver significant growth and increase market share.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing key, long-term senior relationships with distributors and QSRs
  • Building, leading and motivating a sales team to deliver sales growth across the US
  • Ensuring a best-practice approach to sales team leadership and the management of key accounts and new business development
  • Contributing to strategic and commercial decision-making as part of the senior leadership team to deliver performance objectives for the division
  • To apply, you must have a proven record of developing and managing relationships across QSRs and Distributors in the US
  • You will have strong experience of building, leading, and developing sales teams to deliver key account management and new business to deliver long-term strategic objectives through rapid growth.
  • Capable of thinking strategically and delivering operationally, you will be looking for a fast-growth opportunity with a leading international group with the ability to have a major impact on performance and profitability.
