Job Details
Our client is a FTSE 250 business and undergoing large scale transformation and looking to engage a Head of Resourcing to lead a small inhouse recruitment team as well as external supplier relationships including existing and new RPOs.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate managing a large contingent spend as well as permanent hiring and ideally embedded a new recruitment ATS.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a long term project with a view to a potential permanent role.
