Interim Recruitment Business Partner (In-house) - Wiltshire

Sanderson HR & Talent Acquisition is working on behalf of a growing professional services provider to identify an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract based in Wiltshire.

The Recruitment Business Partner will support high volumes of recruitment activity as part of a complex and large scale technology transformation programme.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Provide an effective recruitment service across the organisation with a focus on direct sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
• Support and implement attraction and delivery strategies and implement agreed recruitment principles and processes.
• Support key stakeholders at all levels with specialist recruitment advice and guidance.

We are looking for a resourcing specialist with a least 5 years experience gained within an in-house or agency direct sourcing function. This is a fast paced and high volume role therefore candidates with exposure of delivering high volumes of live vacancies within a time pressured environment are highly sought after. Experience of recruiting for a technology specialisms would be beneficial but is not essential.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience of effective direct sourcing within an in house or agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive and organised approach with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
