An experienced Digital Project Manager with a strong CRM and Retail sector experience is required for a permanent position with a global retail organisation that is passionate about their brand, and currently going through a major digital/IT transformation, based in London Bridge.

In this Project Management role you will be leading Digital IT projects with a value of ??50,000 - ??5million with full responsibility for delivering against project scope, budget, quality and time line, working across customer facing IT Platforms.

Coming from a retail background, the Digital Project Manager will need to have a strong background in supplier and stakeholder management, digital marketing, customer analytics, ideally a good understanding of the customer life cycle in retail (although this can be learnt for the role). If you have experience managing projects around ERP systems (particularly SAP) would be beneficial as would managing any Cloud transformation projects.
