Description

The Estates Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all of the Property and Estates Services and you will ensure the quality of procedures in place are to the required standard.

The main aim for this policy & process orientated position is to support the Principal Policy & Portfolio Manager to develop and maintain Asset Management policies, consistent end to end processes and best practice methodologies to drive forward business performance improvements to deliver an efficient cost-effective portfolio.

You will be required to develop new policies, processes and best practice guidelines in relation to asset management activities.

You will lead the estates teams' standard operating policies in each region, and you will ensure the successful and efficient delivery of the asset management function inline with the policies and procedures.

You will develop and maintain an operating manual for the property management.

PFI experience in the health care sector is required.

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare and real estate
• Estates Surveying or Asset Management Background
• MRICS Accredited
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in managing and delivering complex estates models
