Land Manager

Our client has over 60 years’ experience, they specialise in urban regeneration to build beautiful and welcoming homes to create strong communities across London, the South East, the North
West of England and the West Midlands. All their homes are built to exceptional with focus on energy efficiency and green living.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing both open and off market land opportunities.
• You will technically assess, negotiate and acquire suitable land for all category of development.
• You will review existing strategy and build upon the significant successes. The land manager will be reporting to the Managing Director and be a key member of the senior team.
• You will manage the process from the start to finish working on initiative and coordinating with the existing land, planning technical and finance teams.

The Person:

• Land buying professional with a record of success delivery land opportunities for a national house builder.
• You will be an excellent communicator and enabler with drive to develop the business further, empowering a high quality team.
