A market leader in their field is looking for a General Manager for their brewery in West London. You will be responsible for all aspects from brewing, quality, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, engineering, health and safety and the P&L across two facilities.

Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a brewery at a management level with responsibility for a number of areas in brewing, packaging and engineering. You will be used to managing teams and driving improvements across the board with a positive attitude to take ownership for issues and find solution.

You will have exacting standards for quality, cleanliness and continuous improvement to move the business forward quickly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for setting the short, medium and long term strategy for the brewery and then taking ownership for executing across the business.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a track record of senior production leadership in a brewing environment with a passion for beer who is looking to take their career to the next level and take ownership for their own site from end to end. To fit into the ethos of the business you will be a self-starter used to identify and rectifying issues.

You could be working in a multi-national brewer or a craft brewery but must have a passion for beer production and be looking to manage two budgets with both Capex and Opex projects delivering to agreed targets for the facilities.
