The business is an investment vehicle of a high net worth serial entrepreneur and currently has a majority interest in 6 business with many more investments planned over the next 12-24 months.

The Role

Working closely with the CEO and CFO this role will have responsibility for:
• Assisting the board in setting the strategic direction of the business and identifying clear plans how to execute that strategy
• Operational responsibility for budgets and their commercial objectives
• Implement effective KPI's for operations and develop programmes and initiatives to achieve them
• Oversee the daily activity of the team and ensure primary objectives are met
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems and processes
• Manages internal and external service suppliers
